What can I make w/ Norman's Spreadable Soft White Creamy Cheese? I have an 8 oz container of it in my fridge and want to use it up before the expiration date  Any ideas?

We use it instead of sour cream, so make cheese cake, blintzes, cheese latkes, or add it into you macncheese sauce!

It's like sour cream? I would've thought it's more like cream cheese.
So can I use it in any cheesecake recipe? How can I make cheese latkes w/ it?

| My favorite use is to top cinnamon buns with it. Mix the cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract and spread on warm cinnamon buns.
