A friend is getting rid of a sheitle..she says that she'll take whatever she can get for it. She paid 750.00 not including styling. It's a cute bob style. How much would you offer if money was an issue? I feel like this is my chance at a decent sheitle that I can afford as I would not pay 750.00 on myself for anything lol However I don't want to offer an insulting price either. Thoughts? How old is it and how much wear? I would think at least $150 but I'm not really sure.

Depends on how long she wore it and its condition.
I would say $200-$250 Question

She has to keep in mind that she styled it for herself, but it might not be the best style for you. And since it's a short bob, you can't restyle. So that's a disadvantage which should bring the price down.

she's your friend, so ask her straight out how much she'd consider selling it for. if it's too much, it's too much.
a friendship is worth more than a sheitel. and if she feels that you are taking advantage of her, you will lose the friendship.
