| you want to take anything with folic acid. I believe prenatal contains more.

Take your multi to the doctor (or fax them the nutrition facts) and ask if it’s enough folic acid to qualify as a prenatal. Usually the free prenatal that the doctor will prescribe are garbage, so go backwards and start with what you trust.
