Do you have Kosher by Design? There's an excellent recipe for chef salad. Let me know if you want me to type it out for you.
Here's another recipe:
lettuce
grape tomatoes
red onion
turkey pastrami (I'm sure other deli meats would be fine too)
dressing:
3/4 cup oil (I use a lot less)
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 T. mustard
1/4 cup honey

| I use mayo, mustard, vinegar and sugar and make sure to cut in sour pickles.

1 cup mayo- I use canola mayo/low fat
5 packs splenda
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
two shakes salt
1 shake pepper
squeeze of dijon mustard
1/4 c water
1/4 cup vinegar
serve with iceberg mix/ romaine, deli, croutons and pasta- lukshen mixed in- we have it for supper sometimes- I keep a jar of the dressing in the fridge at all times- tastes good on any salad!

Sorry I didn't see this before shabbos. I do put the parsley and scallions in. Did you end up making it in the end?

Try replacing the vinegar with teriyaki! Lately I’m lazy and just mix teriyaki with honey, and mayo. mmmmmmmmm
