| We live in a small apartment and it's hard to keep up with dishes and taking out the trash. As a result when you walk into our apartment, there is a bad smell. What is a good way to freshen up the smell of your apartment.

| The first and most obvious answer is to wash the dishes and take out the trash more often. Make sure your garbage cans are all clean and washed sometimes, especially the one in the kitchen. Open your windows and air the place out. If you have carpeting or rugs, get them shampooed once in a while. Make sure your bathroom is clean. Spray scented spray like Oust once in a while. Just a little bit, but it can freshen the place up.
