Cut potatoes and put in pot with a whole onion, cover with water, add salt and pepper and cook until soft- its surprisingly good! If you want to go the extra mile, you can fry the cooked potatoes- easy and heaven. |
Do you cut the red potatoes or roast them whole?

If you buy the tiny red potatoes you can roast them whole, if they are medium size I cut them in half or quarters and place the cut side face down (in oil/salt mixture).
