Atara was mentioned and someone already said it starts with ayin.
Aliza too.
Adina is another nice ayin name.
עטרה
עליזה
עדינה
If you don’t mind switching to an ayin op, you can consider them.

Achinoam
I always thought it sounded more like a male name but she was one of David Hamelech's wives.

Here are my favorite uncommon Hebrew א names:
אדרת
אחינועם
אוריה
אוריין -- this is Aramaic not Hebrew but I thought I'd include it anyway. Heard of but uncommon in Israel.
אודליה
אליענה
אהובי
אהבתאל
The first group are all heard of (DL in Israel) and would not be considered "weird". The 2nd group are names I've seen in a name book but never heard of anyone with them, so super rare, and definitely "out there", but I still like them.
Another name I like that doesn't quite fit your criteria is בת-אור also written בת אור

So we are both correct. Thank you so much for allowing me to clarify. If you have further criticism, you can talk to my mother and both of you can take me apart and kvell. |

I’ve never heard Avinoam for a girl.
Achinoam is a girl’s name.
Op if you’re considering any of these you should look into whether Avinoam is ever used for a girl.
There are names used for both.
A fairly popular א name in Israel is Almog. It means coral. It can be used for either a girl or boy.

My dd is Ayala.
I have a neighbor who has 3 girls. Avigayil, Batsheva and Achinoam. Ironically, their son isn't David.
