I did not like that story and was annoyed that I had to read it for school, if it was not for school I don't think I would have read past the first chapter.

What was the name of the book about kids who got marooned on an island and started killing each other? Read it in HS. It was so freaky!!

We actually watched the wave in our BY high school.

I loved the short stories we read in elementary…all the O. Henry ones.

Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, have also been on and off the banned list.
I don't like the style Mark Twain writes so I tried to convince my teacher that we can't read it, it's racist, no dice. I did not end up really reading it I found out what it was about by listening in class.

Can someone help me remember the name of a short story about a puma. This was read to us by a sub and she was so fun and dramatic.
