Cookies made with oil

I wanted to make dreidel cookies (with a cookie cutter) for my daughter's chanukah party, but I don't have any margarine. Does anyone have a cookie dough recipe with oil that would work?

These are sugar cookies from Dining In (I copied it from a thread about recipes from there)

No Margerine Sugar Cookies

4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cups oil (use a little less)
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchement paper. combine dry ingrediants in small bowl, set aside. Combine wet in a larger bowl, when combined add dry ingrediants. combine until a smooth dough (mine was crumbly, but it still worked). Roll out betwen waxed paper to 1/8th of an inch cut out shapes use a spatula to transfer to prepped cookie sheet. They can be next to each other, but not touching. Sprinkle colored sugar or a mix of sugar and cinnamon on top. bake for 13 minutes (book says 20 minutes, but my first batch was dark brown remove to cookie cooler rack.
