Yes, I am sorry I should have noted the green/brown ones. The red ones fall apart and these (if you cook according to instructions) don't.
This was a great dish room temperature for seuda shlishit.

Thanks again for the recipe, my husband loved it and asked that I make it before each fast- he said he never felt so good for fasting. plus he he enjoyed it a lot. thanks!

Sorry, twizzlers, that I didn't see this in time. I make whole wheat pasta salad very often, and I vary it slightly according to my mood and what I have in the house.

whole wheat spiral pasta, cooked & drained
sliced green or black olives (if you don't have olives, you can chop up some pickles)
chopped up different colored peppers
shredded carrot, usually only if I'm shredding carrots for something else anyway

2 dressing variations: 1) sweet: light mayo, sugar (or splenda), a splash of lemon juice, salt, and black pepper 2) salty: light mayo, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

I mix up the dressing in a cup or bowl, add to the pasta, taste, and adjust the dressing ingredients if necessary.

Every once in a while I replace the mayo with oil.

It's always a hit!
