My one year old keeps getting mosquito bites. Is there any way to prevent her from getting bitten?

I've heard quite a few different ways and I'm not sure which works best but they're worth a try.

1. Bounce sheets - keep em in a pocket or something.

2. Listerine sprayed on.

This is assuming that you don't want to use the chemicalized and harmful bug sprays out there.
I also heard but don't know how true, is if you avoid bananas they won't be as attracted to you.
Avoiding going outside very early in the morning or late evening can also minimize the biting.

don't know if you can still buy it, but AVON skin-so-soft is great for preventing bites. I think they even marketed it as a bug repellant once they realized how good it was.

Skin So Soft definitely helps. I never see it around anymore though.

My mother just told be about the dryer sheets, (I don't think it has to be Bounce in particular, but I could be wrong), but I haven't tried it yet since I don't normally use dryer sheets in my laundry and don't have any around.
