Does anyone have this stroller and also have this issue? Here goes:

My son is a year old now and has been sitting with the seat all the way up and facing forward for a while already. I have to keep the footrest up partway because if it's down fully he slips down and sits like he is sliding out of the stroller. Even if I have the footrest locked in place he still kicks in really hard and pushes it down. Does anyone else have this or is there a problem with mine??

I recieved the following email about this post:

Hi Admin,
Very nice website and content!

I was seeing some discussion on our products and one person was having a problem with their stroller and I was wondering if you would mind if I signed up and replied objectively by offering a few suggestions to remedy the issue?

I am mainly referring to the post regarding a mother whose child is sliding down the seat of the stroller a bit. ( for reference search for Bumbleride in site search and look at flyer question post) There is a solution to this that I would be glad to help the mom out and provide. I will list it here in case no males are seriously not allowed! J “ There are Velcro straps underneath the seat vinyl of her stroller, by loosening the rear strap on the seat portion, the seat angle can be adjusted thus making a more comfortable seat and stable one for your child.”

However noticing that I am male and not a mother, I would be breaking site rules by agreeing to the terms of service and posting as a bumbleride mom.

I just wanted to email just in case this mom could be helped.

Thanks for your time,

Ryan @ bumbleride customer service
