Every single AI you have heard about lately (image generation, text generation, code generation) was trained on everything on the internet that its owners could get their hands on. If you are running your stuff through grammarly they are almost certainly using it to improve their own models (there may be an opt out option) and if you are publishing stuff on the internet then openai et al are certainly doing their best to scrape it into their training data.

I had vaguely remembered that garmmarly collected (not stole because it was in the EULA) everything run through their software for the purposes of refining it. I guess if something is free then the user is the product.
