going on 11 yrs b"h
some glasses, some dishes, some flatware, garbage can cover (I threw a fit ), baby changing table, dining room chairs, do fans count , first the bowl from my mixer blender type of thing, got it replaced and then the cover broke and they stopped making it , cassete player, car, computer, probably other things to, but that's all I can think of.
when we moved (the movers broke), a turkey plate I never used, a folding table, glass from a picture, maybe it was even a few of them from over the years moving so many times,

I think 10 years is maximum life span for most stuff ... these days even less ... we live in a disposeable world so stuff is made cheaply ... although my kitchen aid is still going good ... I've gone through toaster ovens every few years ... _________________ don't wonder why people go crazy ... rather wonder why we don't

This summer is gonna be 2 years and we already had to replace our vacuum. I've broken 3 glass drinking goblets so far, its a good thing we got 2 sets of goblets as wedding presents so we use one set for friday night and the other set for shabbos afternoon. _________________

Oy, my whole house is slowly but surely falling apart.
But not the vacuum cleaner. I just bought a new one, the old one I had 12+ years.

20+ years--who can remember?
What doesn't break gets lost, accidentally thrown out, worn out or stained beyond help.

| The rule of thumb is that if you like it it'll break and if you hate it it will live forever. The good news is that if you hate it it may grow on you by virtue of hanging around for so long. The bad news is that once you decide you don't really hate it any more, it'll break.

I've been married 7 1/2 years and I'm on my third vacuum. | I've had the same vacuum since 1983, and it works great. I know that's not a crucial thing to share, but I wanted to brag.
I did, however, drop and break my commemorative cookie jar from Queen Elizabeth's coronation. I loved that thing.
