| |
| Any ideas. Its a shame to waste it. We are not the type to eat sour cream plain on fruit or other foods. I am certainly not looking to bake more cheesecakes. So any other ideas would be welcomed.

| If you're the type to use soup mixes you can mix some onion soup mix with it or make some ranch dressing and it makes a delicious veggie dip.

| I used to make this sour cream peach pie (got the recipe from Heartburn, by Nora Ephron), but there are loads of recipes for cakes that are made with tons of sour cream. Bake some and freeze for future use. Or make sour cream-dill sauce for poached salmon.

Before I found out that I shouldn't be eating sour cream, there was nothing that I didn't put it on!
Add it to pasta dishes, put it on baked potatoes, burritos, it's good on nearly everything!

There's lots of salad dressings that call for sour cream. Google it for exact recipes. You can make a large amount and store it in a container in your fridge to have on hand.
Or you could send it to me
