Any ideas on how to get a baby(5 months) to realize that we are in a new time zone? He goes to sleep as if we are still in NY but we are in Israel and I cant function as he wants to play all night and sleep all day.

Hiya Twizz
Yeah I tried today but had to get some sleep so I let him nap a little. I guess I will try tomorrow....

At least it's 445-he should be going to sleep by 6.
