Does anyone half a good honey dijon dressing recipe?
I used to love the one at Circa's restaurant until they closed.

This might be a little close... it's from kbd entertain- it's always a winner when I have guests on shabbos. it is so YUMMY!! it has a sweet, kind of creamy dressing and is just such a hit- with the girls.. and the boys!
CHOPPED SALAD WITH HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
lettuce
handful craisins
2 sm. cucumbers, peeled, cut into 1/2 in dice
1 red pepper, cut into 1/2 in dice
1 avocado, cut into 1/2 in dice
1 mango, cut into 1/2 in dice
15 grape tomatoes, halved
dressing:
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c honey
1/4 c oil
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T spicey brown mustard
whisk dressing ingredients, dress right before serving.

Reviving a really old thread...can I use regular (yellow) mustard or will that take away from the taste?
