Lemon juice and lemon pepper.
I like it broiled so it’s crispy on the edges and tender inside

I shmear a generous amount of lemon garlic dressing and add anything I have in my pantry. Crispy fried onions, sesame seeds, fresh herbs, shallots, pearl onions or any savory spice are all delicious options.

I’ve yet to make edible salmon, so my DH makes it. Usually with a layer of pesto baked on top.

Easiest crowd pleaser:
Lay salmon in a pan, sprinkle a little lemon juice over it. Smear with a layer of mayo, then cover with lemon pepper. Bake. Can broil for a minute or two after baked to get a crunchier top. Serve warm, cold, or room temperature. Delicious with a basic lettuce salad.
