Would you really wear/buy this?? I think it's a very interesting idea. I don't kno if I would actually buy one tho. I feel like I prob wouldnt be wearing it in public anyway cuz it would hug your body.

Is this comfortable for swimming? To me it seems like a straitjacket that wouldn't let you move around. Has anyone here tried it yet? _________________ "Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read." - Groucho Marx

I don't see it as being any worse than the women who go into water parks in tshirts and therir lycra skirts and then walk around in a wet skirt an tshirt that leaves nothing to the imagination because it clings and shows ebry curve. _________________ Life is short, enjoy it.

Exactly. My motto is "just don't even try, cuz you'll fail"!
I don't understand women who do those things you just mentioned. I just don't even go to these things!

Here's the thing, there are two issues. Being in the water and being out of the water. When in the water, you are swimming, in motion, moving, and none of these suits are suitable (LOL, no pun intended). When you are out of the water you should be covered up, not only for tznius but also for health. If you go to an all women's pool with a woman lifeguard there is no problem getting out of the water in a normal swimsuit, one piece etc. and then into a robe.
When I was younger and swam (haven't done it in years, Mikvah doesn't count right?!) I would buy a danceskin with a short skirt. Wore a sportsbra underneath. Had sleeves to the elbow and closed back top (never liked the open backs) and came in all colors, I usually got navy or something else, and swam in that...solved all problems in terms of my feeling comfortable and covered.

I don't either think it looks so practical for a serious lap swim. It seems like to much material that can weigh you down...
But it does look like it could work for comfortable tznius beach-wear _________________ "You can say this for ready-mixes - the next generation isn't going to have any trouble making pies exactly like mother used to make." ~Earl Wilson

I don't know where you would really wear it.
If it is a all women's beach/pool, you can wear a normal swimsuit.
If it is mixed, your dh isn't going to be comfortable to be there since the other women aren't tznius anyway, and it doesn't look too practical to swim in that.
