My sister has it and it looks great. I dont think a reg shaitel in a pony will have the same look.

Hi! I bought a Milano pony wig last summer and I am very happy with it. It is very natural looking, and I dont think you will get such a natural looking pony wig unless it is made to be a pony wig. The bottom part of the wig is specially sewn upwards so when you pick it up, it looks very good. It is just not the best quality hair, but if it just to be used as a pony, then it doesn't have to be top quality.

I bought a milano pony wig this summer too,and am very happy with it.
about buying that or a regular wig and putting it in a pony, depends on what you want to do with it, a regular wig you can put in a pony and wear down, but it may not look as good in a pony cuz it's not sewn in that way and if you cut it for a pony you may not be able to wear it down but if you get a milano pony wig you can't wear it down, cuz the hair will get knotty.

I also bought a milano pony wig for the summer and have worn it ever since. I ran camp and wore it all day, was worth every penny. there's another thread here where I wrote a few times about it.

I guess that's not including the cut?
Who would you recommend to cut it?
Do you also have and like this wig?
Where can I get it?

Thanx.

One more thing, how does this wig compare to an Isabelle?
I know an Isabelle is more $$ but what is the comparison in look and hair quality?

I didnt get the wig cut at all. I wear it with the ponytail curled, little bits infront that I sometimes put back in a bobby pin.

I bought it for dd. She really likes it. As others have said, it's not the best hair but it is made to go into a pony. She does not try to wear it down. Because she wanted a pony, this was a good value. It looks very cute & is comfy for the summer.

that's funny, just go straight to milano, they have stores in many cities, and some have pre pesach sales, try to see if they have their own website.
it's always cheaper to go from the source.

I just bought one. I paid $500 at the pre pesach sale. I cut the front over there so that it has bangs and the pony part I just kept wavy, didnt cut or blow it. I LOVE it. it is extremely comfortable and it look so natural. I wouldnt suggest getting a regular shaitel and putting it into a pony bec then the bottom doesnt have that natural look. The one I just bought has a comb and clips on the bottom part so that it can stay put when u gather the hair. I would reccomend it to anyone thinking abt getting a pony.

I just got one a few months ago very happy with it.
It's not the best quality hair but that doesn't matter for a pony - because it is up all the time!
When I asked a few shaitle machers if its worth getting a more expensive "better quality hair brand" they all gave me the same answer no. bc u are wearing it up all the time and the part were the pony is ruins the hair there eventually so if u were to wear it down would not look nice. That's Y shouldn't wear U're regulare shaitle in a pony always!

How do you wear your natural hair underneath? Does it have to have bangs, or do you decide whether or not to cut them (the photo on the Milano website has pretty thick bangs). Is the "wavy" version very curly? So many questions, and I can only find limited photo samples online!! Thanks!

if you buy from the milano website, you have to cut it yourself? it is not already styled, right? I live in a state where they dont sell the wigs so I would order it online w out seeing it. Is it very flat on top? Is the scalp good or does it look wiggy?

Me too! Can we get a 2 for 1 sale???? Are the cute bangs already cut? Can you just order and return if the color is wrong. Are there any sheitel machers here, anyone who want to sell to me??

I bought one last year and I am very very happy with it.
Everytime I wear it I get sompliments on it.
I was also told that if I wanted I can have it blown out ad worn as a regular sheitel however I havent tried and the hair quality is not the best so I am not sure about that...
