Vinegar

I don't like vinegar all that much, so I used to use rice vinegar. I can't get rice vinegar where I live. Does anyone know what I can use instead or with, excluding lemon juice?

wine vinegar. cider vinegar. or make your own herbal vinegar by putting several sprigs of your desired herb in a bttle of plain white vinegar and steeping for several weeks in a cool, dark place. shake every now and then and then when you get around to it strain out the herbs.

The herbal vinegar sounds good. Can you recommend any specific type that is better than the rest specifically for vinegar? Thank you

I use a garlic wine vinegar ... could be you just should use a little vinegar ...
