I don't have that one but here's one that we really enjoy:
Strawberry-Rhubarb Soup
2 bags frozen strawberry/rhubarb mix (bodek)
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar (can do a bit less)
8 cups water
7-8 tea bags Rosehip hibiscus
Put all ingredients except tea bags in pot. Bring to boil. Allow to boil just a minute or 2. Add tea bags. Let sit 15-20 minutes. Remove tea bags. Serve cold

Tip for the strawberries and rhubarb mix:
Don't buy the mix--cook the rhubarb separately and when it's hot, mix in the frozen strawberries on a very low flame for a few minutes to keep the strawberries whole. _________________ "You can say this for ready-mixes - the next generation isn't going to have any trouble making pies exactly like mother used to make." ~Earl Wilson
