How does this one compare to the recipe on the bag?

This is a great recipe for this molino flour. We might be talking about the same thing.

Also not sure if I can post a WhatsApp link here but I am part of a celiac support group for people who are celiac or gluten sensitive (or have a kid that is). It's a great resource for questions:)

Does it make sense that the recipe only call for one egg? Or is it a typo?
When I make Oat Challa, I usually use four eggs. Can anyone help with that please?

It's a very small recipe so it does make sense. However, I can still get 6 small rolls out if this recipe although many times I double it.

Thanks.

Is this flour safe to eat for people who are on an anti inflammatory diet? (not celiac)

Does anyone know?

Also, when using a bread-maker, do I still use it on the GF setting as I would for making an oat challa? Or do I use a regular setting? ( I notice that the consistency of this flour is not as thick as other GF mixes). Thanks!
