Mashed Sweet Potatoes with a Twist
from another site
3 lbs or two cans sweet potatoes
6 T butter or marg
dash salt
1/3 cup Disaronno liqueur or other nutty liqueur
soymilk or cream
honey glazed nuts, any kind
Boil your potatoes or open the cans and add the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot with nuts on top, either from a baking dish or from your saucepan.
