Please share any tried and tested recipes you have for great and easy fillings. I need them for tomorrow. specifically I need -apricot
-chocolate, and rasberry

| I always used jam or preserves. not sure what to do for chocolate, but I suspect no one will mind if you just put some chocolate chips in the center. they'll melt together in the oven.

check out the thread titled "hamentashen filling" in the "yom tov & other special days" forum.
Cookielady puts brownie mix in the center of hers. Bashinda (I think) puts chocolate chips in hers. Lots of different suggestions... check out the thread!
