I went there today for the first time after trying so many places.
First the service was very professional and very warm and what I love most is that you do not have to give a deposit!
she told me if you ar enot happy-we are not haapy and if you dont like it t will go to stock sale.
Wow!
I hope it will come out nice.
I also learned today that they have 2 lines;
The more expensive is called fortune
The cheaper one-mazali.BTW-when I order at Shevy I have to put a down payment of 50% which is like $1500

What's with all these shaitel threads posted by anonymous posters that sound like they should be paid ads???

Advertising on Imamother isn't all that expensive, you know!

I got a shaitel from them and I wasn't happy. Once you have the shaitel then it's yours and it takes at least a month for the hair to go bad or something else. So be careful with what you pick. Once you pay you have no more customer service anymore so I'm just warning you make sure that you are very happy with your shaitel before you give them you're money.

OP there was a thread a while back about them and a lot of people were complaining about their return policy. Maybe do a search and read the thread. In my opinion the shaitels are not worth the price they are asking for them. The hair quality is not that great and I have one of their shaitels and so does my sister in law we both were not happy with it.
