After I fired her and went into her room afterwards to clean it out..

She is running a secret black market ring of cleaning ladies who resell the bedikos to local mikvaos and make a fortune. Maybe she even works a second job at the Mikvah at night, when you think she's out with her friends. What, you never noticed her there?
