"When Did You Start Going Out Postpartum?"

I hope you won't think ths is too forward of us, but we started dating way before I became pregnant. In fact, we dated even before we got engaged.

I have to say my immediate reaction had something to do with, I assume with one's husband, what does this mean??? (You can tell it's been a while....)

Looking for a sheitel in Manhattan or Long Island

Well it would really help to narrow down the search if you knew if you lost it in Manhattan or Long Island.
I would recommend calling The missing Sheitel hotline if they can't help you I'd say the police but you really need to know which boro!

I have to share one of my favorite jokes: A Buddhist walks into a Coney Island. His order is, Make me one with everything.

(And somewhere I heard that there was a followup line. If anyone knows, please share!)

I don't know any follow up lines, but that cracked me up!

The Buddhist gets his hotdog, pays, and asks for change.
The hot dog vendor says, "Change must come from within."

(I actually heard this joke about a Kabbalist!)

"crying and venting (merged)"

Sounds like a very natural combination, especially if you are really frustrated. Just make sure others can actually understand your complaints amongst all that sobbing.
