it may look like lipsinging if the visuals are not in sinc with the sound, or he could have recorded at a studio and "acted" for the video lipsinging with himself.

the kid is brilliant.
voice is amazing

I wish they would teach our boys to sing like that rather then the nasal through the nose kvetchy type of singing that our boys choirs sing in.

the boy is very talented. But thew video, is total propaganda.

firstly, the word is lipsync, not lipsing.

secondly, the video was probably dubbed, but the boy in it probably was the recorded voice as well. his mouth movements are too real for it to have been some kid who can't sing.

the boy who is singing is Declan Galbrait. He is 16 years old now, and it is his voice. Other videos of him singing exist.
