I just wanted to request that anyone who feels she wants to give extra thanks to Hashem for my recovery, after saying Tehillim for me (or even not, as the case may be) then when you have a few moments spare, please say "nishmat kol chai".

I feel that that is the most appropriate prayer to say under the circumstances.

Also, I think it is appropriate for any lady after giving birth to say it (segula involved etc.)

Please post if you have said it (even as amother) to keep the thread going for a while. I would be so happy to see that people have said it!

What is the segula if others said it for you? Is there something special about anyone saying it?
