I am looking to buy a lightweight stroller, one that folds compactly(for a car) light enough to carry and folds easy while holding my 2 year old. Most importantly not too expensive.

A Combi Savvy is a more expensive option than a $20 umbrella stroller, but cheaper than a Maclaren. It's a good car stroller+ -- has a basket, reclines, and a carrying strap which is good to easily remove in and out of the car and carry (I have the double and use it all the time while holding my baby).
