how horrible! How dare the hospital add to the parents' anguish?!
PLEASE keep us updated. How could they even suggest pulling the plug if she shows signs of improvement??

maybe it's not concrete enough for them? from what I heard last third hand they won't pull the plug but now the other hospital has to accept her as a patient. I don't know if that's happened.

She had an important surgery yesterday, although I have not heard anything since then.

my mother went to visit her yesterday (I dont know anything about a surgery). she said that ruchama aliza looks very good her skin is pink and healthy. there is a very positive atmosphere in her room especially comming from the family. my mother saw her toes and shoulder move. they inserted a trac tube and a feeding tube they are planning on taking her home-I think that is the best idea that way all the family can be together.
I have heard that she responds to her mothers voice and there is a response when she hears her fav movie cinderalla.
we should continue to only hear good news about her.

Home, as in awake and moving and doing well???

Please let us know! We have been mentioning her by my challah baking, and I have cried more than once for her! Thank you, I hope this is the news I have (we have) been davening for!

I just received an email from Aliza's aunt. The family is requesting that more thilim be said for Aliza and/or take on a mitzvah in her Zechus. Aliza was not doing well and they needed to take her back to the hospital.
May we only hear good news from here on out.

4 year old Ruchama Aliza Sarah Chana bas Esther Liba of NMB, FL who remains on life support after suffering from an accident in her pool on August 23 (reported HERE on YW), has been rushed to a Hospital where she may need to undergo emergency brain surgery. Please be Mispallel for her Refuah Shelayma. (Ruchama Aliza had just spent the last 8 days at home in her own bed.)

Doctors are concentrating on eliminating an infection Ruchama Aliza is suffering from. Surgery will not be performed at this time. Please continue to say tehilim for her refuah and have her in your mind and heart during tefilah. Extra tehilim continue to be needed at this time!

In cases like these, it's normal for there not to be updates so often.
