mushrooms!, sauteed onion. just select a veggie that your family likes and add it. spinach, etc.

| I saute veggies like zuchinni, mushrooms, leek, whatever you like really, and add. Tastes great! Plus I make my own marinara sauce.

| Another vote for sauteed onions, can of mushrooms, green pepper or any other veggie your family would be excited to see in their plate.

| Thanks everyone for your recommendations. I ended up just adding some canned mushrooms. Came out really good.
