mushrooms!, sauteed onion. just select a veggie that your family likes and add it. spinach, etc.

I saute veggies like zuchinni, mushrooms, leek, whatever you like really, and add. Tastes great! Plus I make my own marinara sauce.

Another vote for sauteed onions, can of mushrooms, green pepper or any other veggie your family would be excited to see in their plate.

Thanks everyone for your recommendations. I ended up just adding some canned mushrooms. Came out really good.
