A legitimate online degree in education

I already have a BA, but I am interested in going back to school for a B.A. in Education. I am particularly interested in special education and learning disabilities. I don't live in the NY area, so a lot of the seminaries that offer programs are not an option.

I would really like to do something online, that I can do at my own pace. It doesn't specifically need to be a Jewish program. I know about Thomas Edison, I've also heard about Raizel Right- but can't find any information online about it.

I would appreciate it if people could share any info they have.
