Carrot muffins

my dd became ms suzy homemaker (or martha stewart since she got her recipe from her) today and cleaned the toaster oven and made the most delicioso carrot muffins ... healthy too - is that good enough for dinner ... I was still exhausted from driving home and didn't go shopping for food ... so we ate that and a can of soup we found ...

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white flour
1/2 cup bran cereal
5 oz sugar in the raw
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup yogurt
4tbs crisco
1 large egg
4 or 5 shredded carrots
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
