hi
I have some leftover pasta from yesterday. want to serve it as a salad at tonights meal
any good dressing for it. I have pickles tomatoes avacadoes corn. thats what I can add
any great tasting ideas?

Just cut up the veggies you have and mix some Italian dressing into it.
Personally, if I was going to make something, I'd probably sautee an onion, shallot, and garlic in olive oil, add some salt and ground pepper, and use that instead of Italian dressing.

| put on some olive oil, a little bit of vinegar (I use the juice from olives instead) spanish olives (or black olives if you prefer), some green and red pepper cut into tiny pieces, cut up onion, put garlic powder & pepper ... enjoy!!!

many people make their shabbos food on thursday ... this is no different ... just dressed l'kavod shabbos

What I think greenfire was pointing out was, people make food for shabbos Thursday night, like I know people who make extra pasta for dinner and use the excess for salad.
