I received a package of beautiful mini peppers for mishloach monos. I was looking for suggestions on how to serve these or prepare them as a side dish. If I want to put them on the table as is, do I leave them whole and let everyone remove the tops and seeds, or do I seed them first and then place on a serving platter?

Roast them whole with a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. So delicious!

keep whole
spray with oil (olive or veg)
sprinkle a tad of salt
broil in oven for 3-8 minutes, watch them cause it sometimes cooks quickly.

I remove the seeds and stuff them with tuna fish - my kids like it that way. They also like it dipped in dressing (not stuffed)
