I am always looking for low calorie, low fat recipes (not necessarily like all natural recipes).
Besides for kosher by design lightens up (I get easily intimidated by those cookbooks).

just so you know, low fat diets are a good way to gain weight.  it's pretty much the least sustainable diet out there, also not very healthy.

I quarrel with her substituting apple sauce for oil. I think the sugar in the apple sauce isn't good, and I think the oil is good.
She knows her stuff however.
