I dont want to make a hot meal for the dairy meal.
I'm planning to start with a nice salad on everyones plate (like in a tortilla cup) And for the main dish I think I'll make salmon primavera (which says in KBD can be served room temp)
I need ideas for sides and/or milchig dishes that can be served room temp.

For dessert I'm making 3 diff cheesecakes: the one with brownies on the bottem from KBD, a bluberry one and a reg new york style. And I made milchig ice cream for which I will put out lots of diff toppings for (sprinkles, crushed cookies, chopped nuts, carmel, chocolate syrup....)

I much prefer my blintzes hot or at least warm. I make them, freeze them and fry them shvuos day before the meal.
