I'm really into name meanings - so I would put 'Tziporah' (I.e. Bird) with a name that works/makes sense with Bird, like 'Tziporah Shalva' (tranquil bird), 'Tziporah Ahuva' (beloved bird), 'Tziporah Shira' (singing bird), or 'Tziporah Simcha' (happy bird). Tziporah Leah means weary bird...which I don't love.
I also like Tziporah Michal - since Tziporah was a her, and Michal had a lot of yichus, it balances out (IMHO).
I once saw someone spell her name Cipora - much easier, but some might not like it since it's 'less Jewish.'
