Hi! I do not know enough about it, but I think it is ok. Maybe do some research or ask your Dr. before though.

Actually from what I see on the web- apple cider vinegar is great for helping with gerb and ibs, may be worth while to try..

Thanks! The detox drink does take time to get used to, but after a little I actually crave it lol.

Hi AZ mom,
Im really enjoying your blog and recipes The pictures alone make me crave fruit and veggies!
Which protein powder do you use and recommend? I really want to try your green smoothie and add some protein into it!

I actually plan to do a post and giveaway of my new favorite protein powder! It will probably go up next week. Also you can try using cottage cheese or greek yogurt in smoothies, they add protein and creaminess and is a great option if you do not have or like protein powder.

I would really like to start your 8 week plan now! Your "week one" will work out real nice with the upcoming 9 days and then Tish a Bav. I want to go into the fast well hydrated!and then after the fast start enjoying fruit more. You make everything look so delcious and fun!

Any one else want to join in this great health plan?

I prefer to have the detox drink first thing in the morning, that's best.

I am not sure, they say the unfiltered kind is "best" but I do think it may be fine with any vinegar if you don't have any other option.

I suggest water, but seltzer isnt bad as long as you are sure there is no sodium in it.
