As kids we always went "wherever the car takes us", my father being the driver. Sometimes it was service calls for his work but in interesting places so we'd enjoy the nice drives. Other times it was the Museum of Natural History in NYC (we went over 50 times for sure but there's always new Imaxes and displays). We never went to the rented out places. Sometimes we went to concerts at night. Apple picking if the weather permitted.
Now I am married and Chol Hamoed we like to take professional pictures and go to random malls that we never went to, driving there through the back roads so it takes twice as long but is ten times more interesting than going on the Garden State and Thruway yet again. We like drives
