Spoiled milk recipe

I'm looking for a recipe/recipes with which I can use up a lot of spoiled milk.
Any suggestions besides for pancakes?

I assume you mean that it's slightly off - not filled with curds - but I once tried to make macaroni & cheese with milk that was slightly off (I make mac & cheese by cooking the macaroni in milk) and it was awful! The milk got all separated while it was cooking and gave off an awful odor and I threw the whole thing out - and I learned not to try to save spoiled milk!

Actually, I came across a recipe a few days ago for pudding in the Spice & Spirit cookbook for pudding and I believe it says you can use milk that has gone off a bit. (but probably not actually spoiled. That sounds like it could make someone sick).
