I was looking for something like that and I was recommended the city mini. I like it so much I use it all the time. It's about $200...maybe more then you want to spend. it might look big but it folds up super easily and very compact.

it's fine. I used it for the train with my son when he was five months old. we still have the same one, and he's turning three in a few weeks. easy to fold, lightweight, and the sunshade can be moved to block the sun at different angles. (though I have the earlier model that has no window in the shade. I'd cover the window if it gets annoying.)

combi, lightweight, easy to fold, folds tiny. accomodates baby till 5 yr old. not a good carriage for walking, especially in the heat of israel, perfect for traveling.
