I am in the process of melting and making bars out of the dairy choc.
I hope to use some of the parve choc for MM.
and since its been in my choetz kitchen, I wont use it for pesach..........oh well..............maybe I'll ask dh to bring home more for pesach...................then again, maybe not.

well if you do, be careful - there's no way you'll use 40 lbs of chocolate over pesach!!!

I used to make chocolates for simchas, for fun. If you like it, it's not work.
You can leave them in the frige or freezer til you need them, also.

took 2 days and melted it all-the dairy into bars and the dark into whatever parve shaped molds I have (the bars are my dairy mold). we gave some of the dark for MM (see topic "our purim theme"), and the rest is sitting here, waiting for kids to eat it all.
