| I recently made the one in the Spice and Spirit (purple). We thought it was great.

yummmm
1 onion diced
3 carrots sliced
1 big squash cut in half and sliced
2 stalks celery sliced
1 red pepper diced
handfull of fresh string beans cut of the ends and cut in half
1 cup cubed mushroom
saute veg for about 15 minutes
add one cup tamato sauce and rest of pot (to cover the veg) with water.
add 3-4 bay leaft
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
the last 10 minutes put in a handful of pasta to cook along with the soup
