| I wanted to make chicken with rice for shabbos lunch. I have a plata. Anyone have a recipe and know how to make this with using a plate? Thanks!

Tebeet is exactly what you're looking for. You can make it in a crockpot or oven, but I like it on a plata as the bottom rice makes a nice crunchy crust. Make sure you use heavy pot/casserole.

| I did this in the crockpot and it tastes very good but if you use white meat chicken there are tiny bones that get mixed in.
