Jewgal though twins doesn't run in my or my or my husbands family once you have one set you are 4x more likely for a repeat if not the following pregnancy perhaps a decade later Very Happy

So with me they didn't know till the last minute I was having twins I developed the flu my waters brok at 27 weeks.
This was 15 yrs ago. I was in premature labour and by the time I arrived at the hospital it was too late to stop it.
But an emergency c-section the bikini cut, was done since one babys stress level was rising. And since then I have had to have c-sections , though I did try and had natural the third time but almost lost my life in the process.
b/c basically they wrecked something up with the c-section Crying Otherwise one should still be able to have natural after one.
Anyways one survived and one not Crying .

But Hashem had rachmonis and yrs later gave me another set. And all I can say is B"h yes they keep me in my toes for sure. But as they r now talking we have lots of fun entertaining moments with them too. Very Happy

Yep no joking here Exclamation . My first set of twins we had a midwife, the infamous Mai sue LYnn and her Dr (NEVER use medicaid) Mad and the nicu specialist was Dr Brox of Mount sinai. And that stupid mid wife also told me I would have a hard problem from then on conceiving Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Thanks so much!

Were your twins born early? Did they have to stay at the NICU at all?

We're definately using our time well as far as chapareining our rest and getting our house together.

Of course we are enjoying them, they're yum KAH!!

Hey sign me up for the twins club, yep, BH there has been numeral multiple births this year, I was just going through the nshei newsletter, and noticed a whole bunch!

Did you start nursing right away? How do you do it now? Together? One on each? Did you pump?

Any advice, feel free to post, tell me how it was their first few weeks...

You should only have much nachas!!

So sorry about your first birthing story to twins, must have been so traumatic and terrorizing.

Hashem blesses us in so many ways, not always to we see it, but we should, and in revealing ways!!!

How old are your twins now? Are they boys, girls or one of each?
