Toddler Behavior Charts

Anyone have a good chart they already made/website/blog that has some good charts that I can print to encourage good behavior for my almost three year old? I googled but wasn't so happy with what I found, looking to see if anyone has other ideas...

I have an almost three year old... As smart and mature as he is, I don't think charts work well at this age. My ds needs 1:1 gratification. Ie if you do x, you get y. Otherwise he loses his motivation and his ability to control his behavior. Eventually the behavior is modified to the extent that I like, and the reward is phased out. It works quite well.
