Shabbos Nachamu in Hunter Mountain

I'm thinking of going for shabbos nachamu to Hunter Mountain area. I've never been there before so can anyone help me out here? I know there are frum families that go there for weeks...

I (well my husband..) would need a minyan within easy walking distance, a motel (I'll bring my own food) with nice views & balconies as I have a baby & I doubt there are eirev's there. a kitchenette. Prefereably a motel where other jewish families frequent as I;m lot looking for unpleasant situations.

Anyone been there & have some info to offer? Or have you been somewhere else that may be of interest to me?

Disclaimer: I haven't gone to all these places but have found them during my own trip research and some of my family members have gone. So I may be incorrect about some items. Do all your own research.

http://www.kaatskillmtnclub.com/ is a gorgeous hotel. It is at the base of Hunter mountain. I think the Hunter shul is within walking distance, but I don't know for sure. The rooms do have kitchens, but I'm not sure what the rules are about leaving your hotel room on shabbos.
there is also the Forester hotel, http://www.foresterlodge.com/ its also near the hunter shul, not sure about walking on shabbos, maybe you can call.
There is also a Kosher Bed and Breakfast in Hunter: http://www.harrishunter.com/

What about tannersville, Its not far away and does have a minyan, you can see the same sites when it isn't shabbos:

There is also a Jewish family that has a house with 4 apartments they rent out. The apartments are clean and big but not fancy. They are within walking distance of the tannersville shul. It includes linen and towels. there is a backyard with an eruv, but it is not part of the town eruv, definetly walking distance to shul.

Spring well manor - has everything there with walking area in its own eruv, it is also walking distance to the main tannersville shul, but I wouldn't want to do that walk at night, they do have their own shul and may have their own eruv.

Greene Mountain View Inn = I'm not sure if it isn the eruv but I'm pretty sure its walking distance to the shul. Its just a room but they let you warm food in the dining room and eat there (we never stayed there but they told us that the last time we called).
